• Candidates will be considered for places in medical faculties in the Czech Republic on the basis of an entrance examination/interview
• Candidates who have completed or who are currently enrolled** in a science-based pre-university programme (e.g. STPM, A-Level, IB, SAM, AUSMAT, ICPU) are eligible to apply
• Candidates must have a good standard of English (minimum IELTS 6.0 - equivalent)
• Candidates must fulfill the Malaysia Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) requirements : At SPM level, a minimum of B4 for all Math and Science subjects and at Pre-U programme, a minimum of B-grade or CGPA 3.0 equivalent

** Successful candidates will have to complete the programmes and produce the certificates during registration at the university

• The entrance procedure consists of two parts :
  • Written tests (multiple choice)
  • Interview
• The test papers are in Chemistry, Biology; AND either Physics OR Mathematics. (total duration - 3 hours)
• The tests are based on A-level syllabus
• The entrance examination/interview will be conducted in Malaysia in April/May every year
• The entrance procedure will be conducted by professors from the respective Czech medical faculty and their decision is final

• Obtain the necessary application forms and instructions from BestEd
• Follow the instructions and submit the completed application together with required documents and certified copies of examination certificates to BestEd before the application deadlines below
• There is a charge of *MYR 575 per sitting (approximately EUR 150) to take Entrance Examination here in Malaysia.
